Periodontal in cats and dogs
Periodontal disease is a
chronic and progressive. at the advanced stage jaw bone around the teeth
shattered bone and tooth loss. This process took many years. Bone that has been
destroyed can not be repaired. However, appropriate treatment regularly, can
prevent more severe damage. To deal with periodontal disease, is absolutely
necessary good cooperation from the owner of the animal.
Signs of illness

Disease Management

Prevention
To maintain the health of our beloved pets , the prevention of tartar should be done as early as possible. Brushing the teeth of animals started young age is the best prevention when no toothbrush and toothpaste specially for animals, can use a soft toothbrush and toothpaste for babies.What needs to be cleared is the outer tooth surfaces, because this is usually formed plaque and tartar. Tooth should be brushed once or twice a day.Solid food can prevent plaque and tartar, for example, bone - reinforcement of cowhide, or dog/cat dry food.
